Life Groups

NLCC – New Life Christian Community – is a community of people brought together by a common faith in Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord. We seek to share life in Jesus by participating in Life Groups. Our vision is that through sharing life in Jesus, we may grow spiritually, know God intimately and live victoriously by the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, so that we may make disciples of all peoples.

So Life Groups are the basic units that form our church community. It is a great way for you to get to know others in God’s NLCC family, and be a part of the community. It opens the way for authentic relationships which is at the heart of our Church. We were all created in the unique image of God who loves each one of us passionately, unconditionally and without reservation. Let’s learn to do the same.

Life Groups are here to empower all who are in Christ to be more like Jesus Christ through Bible study and relationships with one another. Our goal is to be disciples of Christ, and having Christ formed in us (Galatians 4:19).

We have a network of Life Groups for various age and language groups. Feel free to visit our Life Groups by speaking to a cell leader or the pastors in church. We will happily introduce you to a Life Group if you are considering NLCC to be your spiritual family.

A range of Life Groups for adults are listed below. Some are conducted in English, others in Cantonese and in Mandarin. There is also a Life Group for mothers with toddlers.

ENGAGE Life Groups are a fantastic opportunity to develop closer friendships with other young people. Every Friday night we enter into God’s presence through worship before coming together as individual Life Groups to build relationships as we grow in our faith and move forward into all that God has for us.

We provide a Courtesy Bus Service to New Life Christian Community.

We welcome any mothers who are not in any life group to come together for a fellowship time. Let us share our life experiences and our life in Jesus together.
