“Jesus answered, ‘It is written: Worship the Lord your God
and serve Him only.'” Luke 4:8

These are the very words of our Lord Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. He reminds us that we are to worship the true God and serve the true God. Worship of God and service to God go hand in hand! May we as a church take heed of the command of our Master! As we enter into a new month and begin to see the change of the glory colours of the autumn season, may an increase in God’s glory be seen in our midst!

May all who join us in the worship and service of our God come into the glory and presence of our God. As we – as His family and Body on earth – let us expect to see increasing favour of God upon our lives. As we gather together – in the Life Groups and on Sundays – let us focus our efforts to worship God and serve God united in the love of God, in the bond of peace and in the unity of the Spirit. Then all who come to NLCC will feel the love of the God that we worship and serve!
